F.2. Procedure

Claims must be brought within thirty (30) days of discovery of the violation, but no later than seven (7) days before the election unless the violation occurred within that period. Court rulings should generally be issued within seventy-two (72) hours of filing, unless exceptional circumstances justify a delay.

Appeals of election-related rulings must be heard and decided within seventy-two (72) hours of filing.
