Article VI, Section 6

The peaceful transfer of power is necessary for a free Nation. If peaceful transfer, as provided by statute, does not follow when it should, the following provisions will take effect.

A. Cessation of Authority

B. Interim Military Command

C. Civilian Oversight of Executive Departments

D. Temporary Duration

E. General Compulsion
