E. Federal Elections Commision (FEC)

There shall be a Federal Elections Commission, which is a permanent agency, independent from any branch of government. The Commission shall be responsible for overseeing and enforcing the provisions of this Charter related to the timing, conduct, financing, speech, and integrity of federal elections.
