G.1(a). Judicial Review

Any time a declaration has been renewed at least twice, the Supreme Court is required to review any additional renewals for constitutionality without the need for case or controversy. Without a ruling expressly authorizing such renewals, no renewal can be put into place by Congress, and the emergency ends on or before the end of the current emergency authorization.
