A.2(b). Qualifications
Both the President and the Vice President must:
Be natural-born citizens;
Be at least thirty-five, and no older than seventy-five;
Be eligible to stand for and hold federal office;
Not be a convicted felon, even if pardoned or restored; and
Be a resident of the United States for fourteen years, at least ten of which must be contiguous to the beginning of their term of office.
