B.3. General Duties

The Vice President shall perform all duties expressly assigned under this Charter and may be delegated additional responsibilities by the President. Congress may assign duties or Powers to the Vice-President, provided those powers do not infringe on the Rights of the People or violate, impede, infringe, or overrule the Powers granted to other branches of Government by this Charter.
