E.3(d). Legislative Oversight

Congress may exercise legislative oversight into the conduct of the Federal Elections Commission, as that body deems appropriate. If the legislature is convinced of wrongdoing, they may initiate impeachment proceedings against the Director, request criminal investigation, or both.
